  • Handled real estate due diligence, conveyance documents and leases in connection with the acquisitions of over 20 businesses in numerous states.
  • Negotiated numerous subleases on behalf of sublandlords and subtenants.
  • Drafted Air Rights Leases and Easement and Operating Agreements in connection with construction of research facilities on college campuses.
